LLumar 2025 Elite Dealer Conference: Key Highlights and the Celebration of Our National Dealer of the Year

We are excited to share the experience from the 2025 Elite Dealer Conference, which set a new benchmark for collaboration among our elite dealers of the LLumar SelectPro network. Held from February 27th to March 2nd at the luxurious Sheraton Grand Resort in Phoenix, AZ, this premier event was a unique opportunity for us to connect, collaborate, and innovate within a supportive, family-like atmosphere.

Dealers Panel Experts Share their Insights

The conference was a tremendous success, allowing us to share our experiences and discover effective solutions to the challenges we face in today’s marketplace. Our dedicated LLumar team provided personalized support and guidance tailored to our industry and installation needs. Attendees immersed themselves in a wealth of knowledge as top industry experts presented the latest business-building tactics and strategies. Engaging sessions covered social and digital media optimization, and dealers shared invaluable insights on finding agencies, enhancing campaigns, and creating memorable experiences at automotive events to boost local market awareness. Featured expert dealers included Madison Smail from U.S. Film Crew, Andy Fagan from Lightwave Solutions, Travis Yohe and Laurie Ryden from BlackGlass Tinting, Matt Russell from Tint Pro, and Tanner Blais & Lloyd Stephen from Pristine Auto Spa. Their contributions enriched our broader network.

We’ve noted dealers who attended this conference consistently outperformed their peers, as evidenced by record attendance among LLumar SelectPro dealers and unprecedented growth in newcomers to the event, showcasing the strength and value of the network.

Hands on Demo of Easy to Install Protective Wrap Film

This year we put a spotlight on our latest product, LLumar Protective Wrap Film. This innovative film provides a unique combination of vinyl wrap aesthetics and paint protection features. Dealers praised its performance with notable quotes highlighting its advantages.

Cougar Elfervig from Luxe Automotive stated, “The success we have in selling it is just having it on either personal or shop vehicles, talking about the longevity compared to vinyl and showing them the durability. We strive for premium products with LLumar Protective Wrap Film; the color is infused in the film, and you won’t see that delamination that some vinyl or color PPF have.”

Evan Morris from Atlanta Ceramic Coatings remarked, “Installation time compared to PPF is 50% less because you can install both wet or dry. And with the dry install, wrapping edges is immediate over PPF.”  

Conrad Coe, Production Manager from Exotic Vehicle Wraps, noted, “I’m well versed in vinyl, and it lets me use my same team members, so I can lower my labor percentage while providing a premium product to my customers over what they would typically get with vinyl.”

The most significant moment of the event was when we proudly presented the distinguished industry award to the National Dealer of the Year and the Regional honorees for 2024. LLumar SelectPro dealers from the United States and Canada received annual recognition based on their growth and commitment to establishing trust in the market while delivering exceptional customer experiences.
