2017 National Dealer of the Year Award
Suntrol of Cleveland, Ohio, received the 2017 National Dealer of the Year Award. John Hansen, owner, accepted the award during the celebration. Suntrol was selected from hundreds of dealers based on dealer loyalty, growth and use of Eastman’s exclusive sales and marketing programs.
Their success is built on their company philosophy "Do the right thing…always. Work hard. Tell people the truth. Do your best." Hansen and his team grew sales nearly 200 percent in 2017. They are customer-centric and focus on delivering innovative solutions for their customer’s needs. Working together, Suntrol and Eastman have created unique solutions that save their customers’ glass replacement costs while enhancing the aesthetics of buildings.
“The success Suntrol has enjoyed can be attributed to the strong foundation their business is built upon,” said Darrell Reed, Eastman Performance Films’ sales and marketing director. “Their unwavering customer focus, hard work and dedication is second to none. We’re honored to share in the success Suntrol has experienced and we appreciate the loyalty they’ve shown toward the Eastman product portfolio.”
“On behalf of the Suntrol team, I extend sincere and humble thanks to Eastman for this outstanding recognition,” said Hansen. “It’s incredible to consider, but I started in this business when I was 15, and Suntrol has thrived for more than 40 years. I owe that to a combination of hard work, a dedicated team, great customers, Eastman’s exceptional products and programs, and one amazing wife. Sincere thanks to everyone that has contributed to Suntrol’s success and this very special award recognition.”
